Post Graduate Diploma in Rights, Social Security and Development (2004)

Through this Diploma Program the Academy aims to train community leaders to address issues of development, human rights, social equity and legal justice. The program covers areas such as Citizens Rights and Responsibilities, Social and Legal History of Tribal and DNT Communities, Identity, literature of marginalised communities, protest movements, national and international human rights organisations, legal aid training, gender equity and child rights, structure of Indian Society, Culture, Development and Governance. The course will open opportunities for the students to work with organisations operating in the field of human rights and social development.
