Dakxin Chhara Bajrange is the recipient of National Human Rights Commission’s Award for Creative Writing on Human Rights. Kalpana Gagdekar received the CII Exemplar Women of the Year Award (2013) in Education.

Roxy Gagdekar was awarded the Best News Report of the year in print (English) 2013 by Gujarat Media Club.

Shri Sharad Chamdra Behar, former chief secretary of Madhya Pradesh and current member of Board of Trustees at Azim Premji University, Banglore visited the Bhasha Family at Adivasi Academy, Tejgarh on 13th - 14th August, 2014. Shri Sharad Behar is the founder-director of Eklavya, a voluntary organization for educational research and innovative actions and has played a significant role in establishing several universities across India. On 13th August, Shri Sharad Behar felicitated the award winners, Dakxin Chhara Bajrange, Kalpana Gagdekar and Roxy Gagdekar, which was concluded with the performance of ‘Budhan Bolta Hai’ play at Adivasi Academy, Tejgarh.

23 Community Ethnographies were released on 13th August, 2014 at Adivasi Academy, Tejgarh in the presence of Shri Sharad Chandra Behar, Dr. Omkar Koul and Prof. G.N. Devy.
